Synergy Group Networking was founded 13 years ago in Medina, Ohio by Jeremy Reid, a local business owner who believed that small businesses do better — and communities grow stronger — when we lead with service.

From the beginning, Synergy has been about more than just passing referrals. We’re here to make a difference — in each other’s lives and in the communities we call home.

We’re a nonprofit, member-driven networking group with chapters in Medina and Twinsburg, focused on helping small business owners grow through real relationships, professional development, and community impact.

Each week, our members come together not just to talk business — but to support local causes, organize charity events, and serve those in need. From food drives to holiday giving to raising thousands for local nonprofits, service is at the core of everything we do.
