3. Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors agree to provide all required materials by the following deadlines:

Logos, ads, and promotional content: Two weeks before the date of the event.
Flyers, cards, or physical promo items: Two weeks before the date of the event.

All digital materials must be submitted in high-resolution formats suitable for print and online use. Failure to submit materials by the deadline may result in partial or forfeited benefits.

4. Payment Terms

Sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Host in its entirety.
Payment must be made in full to reserve your sponsorship level.
Payments are processed through the official event registration platform or by authorized invoice.

5. Brand Use & Visibility

Sponsor grants Synergy Networking Group permission to use the Sponsor's name, logo, and promotional materials for the purpose of fulfilling the sponsorship package.
All branding will be displayed as described in the package level, but the Host reserves the right to adjust placement or visibility due to space, formatting, or technical constraints.
Sponsor materials must align with the values of Synergy Networking Group. The Host reserves the right to reject any materials deemed inappropriate.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Networking Group, its representatives, vendors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Sponsor’s participation in or promotion at the Event.

The Host is not liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages related to advertising display, ad design, product placement, or event execution.

7. Event Cancellation or Modification

If the Event is canceled by the Host, a full refund of the sponsorship amount will be issued. If the Event is postponed or transitioned to a virtual format, the Host will adjust deliverables in good faith to ensure equivalent sponsor exposure.

8. Media & Photography Release

Sponsor grants Synergy Networking Group the right to include their brand in video, photos, and media coverage related to the Event, and to use such materials for future marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Sponsor and Synergy Networking Group. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

What is Synergy Group Networking?

Synergy is a nonprofit, member-based networking group that helps small business owners grow through genuine relationships, warm referrals, and giving back to our local communities. We meet on alternating weeks in Medina at Bunker Hill Golf Course and Twinsburg at Orchid House Winery (Aurora, Ohio).

Is this just another referral group?

Nope — Synergy is different. While we do pass referrals, we focus on building real relationships first. When trust grows, business follows. We’re about collaboration, service, and showing up for one another.

What happens at a typical meeting?

Each meeting includes time for casual connection, member introductions, a spotlight speaker, and business education or community updates. You’ll leave each meeting with insight, inspiration, and opportunities to connect with others.

Do I have to bring referrals to attend?

Not at all. We believe in giving before asking. That means you’re never pressured to perform or “earn your seat.” As you build genuine relationships, referrals happen naturally.

How much does it cost to join?

There’s no cost to attend your first visit. If you decide to join, there’s an annual membership fee that helps support group operations and our charitable initiatives. We’ll share details when you attend a meeting.

Can I visit more than once before joining?

Yes! We encourage guests to attend up to two meetings to get a feel for our community and see if it’s the right fit for you.

What kinds of businesses are involved?

We have a wide variety of small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals — from marketing and real estate to wellness, finance, legal, creative services, trades, and more. What unites us is a shared commitment to grow and give back.

Do you only serve Medina and Twinsburg?

Our weekly in-person meetings happen in Medina and Twinsburg, but we welcome guests and members from nearby areas as well. Plus, our online community keeps members connected across locations.

How is Synergy involved in the community?

Community service is part of our mission. From raising thousands for local nonprofits like Feeding Medina County, to hosting holiday giving drives and charity golf outings, we are networking for good.
